At Lili Nature, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with Supliful, our trusted fulfillment provider, to manufacture, pack, and ship every order with care.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 10–15 business days
- Canada: 10–20 business days
- International: 10–25 business days (depending on the destination and customs processing)

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive the shipping confirmation.
Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

Lili Nature is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Lili Nature is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

International Orders
